The aim of this website is to educate and raise awareness of the Targeted Individual Phenomenon which is a malicious clandestine espionage and psychological warfare operation that has affected civilians globally for years. Furthermore The TI operation is non-consensual and a violation of all privacy and protective laws and human rights. This is not a disinformation and conspiracy driven site as all content is based on facts, evidence, counter surveillance, and research. Until this situation is resolved by an authentic due process, this site acts as the only protection for my mother and I who are both Targeted Individuals. Due to its lack of validity and solid evidence, the target individual phenomenon is shunned online and described as persons who are delusional, paranoid, and mentally ill. From first hand experience the TI operation is also ignored and rejected offline aswell. However It is fair to mention that the actual titles “Targeted Individual” and “Gangstalking” that have no recorded origins, are the go to titles for millions of TIs globally who are reporting the same exact experiences, so does that mean we are all looney?
